RadAsynUpload Could Not Create App.Data folder

Cause:

This error occurs after uploading HelpConsole to a hosted account.

Solution:

The software is looking for the ‘App_Data’ folder at the root of the account. Move it from the ‘help’ folder. Also, ensure that the ‘App_Data’ has write permissions.
